Knights Of Columbus - 4th Degree Exemplification Location

This Exemplification of the 4th Degree will be held in the Joliet Diocese on Saturday, February 11th, 2012 at the Wyndham in Lisle, Illinois and the Host Assembly is our own Samuel Cardinal Stritch Assembly. All Assemblies in Illinois District One are invited to participate in this Exemplification.

Candidates need to be present at 10:30 am. Deadline for Banquet is Monday February 1st, 2012 as well as Deadline for Candidates Form 4's February for names to be listed in the Souvenir Program Book. SPECIAL REMINDER a candidate must be a 3rd Degree Member in good standing and have a full Six Months in the order (based on 1st Degree Date) to be eligible for the 4Th Degree Exemplification.

Please be sure to send only completed packets (Form 4, Dinner Reservation Form, and check made payable to the Master at least 2 weeks prior to the Exemplification Date). INCOMPLETE PACKETS OR PACKETS NOT HAVING ALL THE INFORMATION WILL BE RETURNED TO THE FAITHFUL NAVIGATOR.

Please note that Candidates should be reminded to have their current 3rd Degree Membership Card with them at the time of registration.
