Assembly #205
Sick and Condolence Program

Get will cards are sent to all members who are ill or in the hospital upon notice to the chairman PFN Joseph Matlon by filling out this form or by phone 219-365-8353

All members in good standing are entitled to a perpetual mass card in honor of their service to the Fourth degree. This mass card is offered to the family members upon a sir Knights entry into heaven.

In November a special memorial mass at 7:00pm is offered at St. Kierans in Chicago Heights the names of all Sir Knights who have passed away are read. Attendance by a representative of each council would be well received.

If any Sir Knight from your council has passed away, letters will be sent out in October as a reminder.

The memorial is a full Regalia Affair, followed by a short meeting and turkey raffle. Please attend if at all possible.

Fraternally Yours,
Joe Matlon P.F.N.
