Candidates need to be present at 9:00am. Deadline for Banquet Reservation is Saturday, June 20th, 2026. Deadline for Candidates Form 4's for names to be listed in the Souvenir Program Book is Saturday, , 2026.
Deadline for ALL FORM 4's is June 20th, 2026.
SPECIAL REMINDER a candidate must be a 3rd Degree Member in good standing to be eligible for the 4th Degree Exemplification. |

Please be sure to send only completed packets (Form 4, Dinner Reservation Form, and check made payable to the Master at least 10 days prior to the Exemplification Date). INCOMPLETE PACKETS OR PACKETS NOT HAVING ALL THE INFORMATION WILL BE RETURNED TO THE FAITHFUL NAVIGATOR.
